We present a new algebraic method for solving the inverse problem of quantum scattering theory based on Marchenko theory. applied triangular wave set equation kernel expansion in separable form. The form allows reduction to system linear equations. For zero orbital angular momentum, expression coefficients is obtained terms Fourier series function depending momentum $q$ and determined by data finite range $q$. It shown that ($0<q<\pi/h$) $q(1-S)$ ($S$ matrix) defines potential corresponding radial Schr\"odinger with $h$-step accuracy. A numerical algorithm developed reconstruction optical from data. procedure analyze $^{1}S_{0}NN$ up 3 GeV. these are described energy-independent partial potential.
